· Reviewing and analysing the performance of both London Welsh and opposition teams using match footage and performance analysis tools;
· Working closely with the Lead Coach and wider multi‑disciplinary team to support selection, unit planning, and player development;
· Sharing ownership of individual development plans for forwards, supporting players to understand and improve their performance while maximising strengths and addressing development areas;
· Contributing to the recruitment and identification of players, particularly within the forwards unit;
· Supporting the wider rugby programme where required, including skills delivery, observation and feedback across squads;
· Assisting with team administration and matchday preparation as required;
· Demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and positive influence within the playing group and coaching staff.
