Women’s Rugby in Kew

London Welsh Women are a grassroots rugby team based in Kew. We’re a friendly, social squad made up of beginners, returners, students, locals, Welsh exiles and women who simply fancied trying something new.
If you’ve never played rugby before, you’re in exactly the right place. Many of our team started as complete beginners.
Our players range from 16 year olds to to complete beginners in their 30s.

Getting back to rugby after a long summer off. Join our pre-season to start up on skills and fitness.
Pre-season kicks off 5th August, running every Wednesday at 7:30 PM.

Led by an RFU Level 3 qualified coach, sessions are friendly, focused, and tailored to all abilities.

Matches usually kick off at 2pm. Home matches are played on the main pitch at London Welsh RFC.
