Women's Rugby In West London
Join our welcoming West London women’s rugby squad. We are fiery on the pitch and friendly off it. All backgrounds welcome. No Welsh heritage required!
Our players range from university athletes to complete beginners in their 30s. We focus on rugby excellence and strong friendships.
Training is at 7.30pm Wednesdays at the London Welsh Club, Richmond.

2025 is a landmark year for London Welsh RFC—as we mark 140 years since the founding of the main club, and 40 years of London Welsh Women, one of the oldest women's clubs.
Special events planned include:

🤝 London Welsh All Club Celebration – 25 October 2025 -a day to bring the whole London Welsh family together—from minis to vets, players past and present, supporters and friends.
