Bods joined the club as a player-coach last season after twelve years as a professional with Exeter Chiefs, Cornish Pirates & Ealing, taking charge of the attack. He was voted Players’ Player of the Year, and helped his native Cornwall win the County Championship, scoring their fifth try in a 39-24 win over Lancashire at Twickenham in June. He has now made 30 appearances for the club, scoring eleven tries.

George started his rugby career with Lewes, before spending time at St Mary’s University and London Irish Wild Geese, although he played most of his career at Barnes before retiring a couple of seasons ago. He’s currently Head of Performance at Crystal Palace FC Academy and works with the Welsh FA age-group squads.

Fraser joined last season after a long playing career that began at Newcastle Falcons when he was at university, and has taken in spells with Tynedale, Petone (New Zealand), Richmond and Esher. He’s transitioning into a player-coach role this season, and has made nineteen appearances, scoring six tries.

George recently retired from professional rugby after a 10-year playing career, gaining experience across the professional game in England. Alongside his playing career, George has worked in strength & conditioning across elite sporting environments and runs his own online performance business, Seido Performance. He is currently working with London Welsh as Performance Coach, focusing on the backs and attacking side of the game, while also acting as Lead Coach of the Druids.

David runs his own clinic, Kaizen Physiotherapy & Performance, in Central London. He is a Lead Physio at Chelsea Football Club’s Academy, a role which he also previously undertook at Wimbledon RFC.

Madison is a second-year MSc Pre-Registration Physiotherapy student with a BSc in Kinesiology. Before starting her physiotherapy degree, she worked for two years as a Return-to-Work Kinesiologist, supporting individuals through injury rehabilitation and their return to work. She also has a strong sporting background, having worked with a women’s varsity rugby team during her undergraduate degree. Alongside her studies, Madison has completed additional training in PHICIS Level 2, sports taping and sports massage, further developing her skills in pitch-side care, injury management and supporting athletes through rehabilitation.

Will is in his eighth season with Harlequins, who he joined in 2019 from Leicester Tigers, for whom he played 43 times in just over three years after making his debut as a 19-year-old. He has made 135 appearances for Quins, and in 2023-24 was voted both Players’ Player of the Year and Supporters’ Player of the Year after finishing top of the club’s stats for tackles made (335) and turnovers won (35). He was previously Head Coach at KCS Old Boys.

Mikey started his playing career at the Stormers in Cape Town, before joining the Southern Kings, who at that stage were still in Super Rugby and later joined the URC. In 2019, he made the move over the UK to join Edinburgh, spending two years there before moving to London Irish, and joining Ealing Trailfinders in 2023. Other than doing specific hooker coaching for the Trailfinders Women, this is his first official coaching role.

Fred also recently retired from rugby after spending two years playing for Westcombe Park, following spells with the University of Nottingham and Wasps Academy. Alongside this, Fred works in the insurance world for Aviva in their Finance team. He has joined London Welsh this year and, as a former fly-half, is looking to work on kicking and skills, focusing mainly on the backs. This is his first coaching experience.

Pete has been the one constant in the backroom team since Project Reset when he took over the Team Manager role from Morlais Evans. He was formerly the kitman, a position which Morlais fulfilled until his sad passing over the summer. Pete is also the Treasurer of the Supporters’ Club, a Life Member, and - in his own words - an “all-round good bloke”.

Charlie was Head Physiotherapist at Enfield Ignatians RFC for four years before joining London Welsh this season. He works with David Thomas at Kaizen Physiotherapy & Performance.

Alex has previous experience as a Performance Analyst at both Ealing Trailfinders and University of Birmingham Hockey Club. He is a Tactical Performance Analyst at De Dataduck, which specialises in sports analytics for hockey.
