• MENS - includes our First XV, Druids (2nd) and Dragons (3rd)

• WOMENS - grassroots level rugby with RFU coaches

• YOUTH - regular training, competitions and tours

• MINIS - for our youngest players, regular training and festivals

• VETS - our Occasional players are less concerned about winning
