We bring people, processes, and data together so teams can spend less time on paperwork and more time getting great work done, from compliance and communication right through to completion.
We were born out of frustration. Co-founders Aaron Vousden and George Smithies first crossed paths as civil engineering students at Cardiff University, sharing both a classroom and a rugby field. After graduating, they moved to London to start their careers on some of the UK's most demanding projects, and saw first hand how outdated tools and siloed systems held good teams back, so they built something better.
That shared history is a big part of what draws us to London Welsh. It's a nod to where Aaron and George started, and we're proud to partner with a club that shares our dedication to excellence, teamwork, and community engagement. Construction and rugby aren't so different. Both are built on people who show up, put the work in, and rely on each other to get the job done.
At innDex, we see the passion and potential within London Welsh, on the pitch and across the wider club community. We're here to support that, and to help power the next chapter for a club with a proud history and an exciting future ahead.
