Your Club Needs You

Volunteers Wanted and you may even get some perks above and beyond the joy of being a working part of this fantastic club.

The Club is looking for volunteers in several key roles for the coming season. We are always happy to receive help in any capacity but we are especially looking for;


- Stewards. Your role will be to help on the gate and also around the stand on match days. This will require you to on occasion miss the first 20 minutes of a game if on duty on the gate. This role comes with a pint and food ticket on the days you are on duty. If you commit to being a steward to at least 70% of the seasons home games you will also receive a one year standard membership.


- Match Day Organisers. Your role will be to welcome guests to the pre match lunches and ensure they are seated at the correct tables as well as dealing with any queries regarding the lunch. You will also be expected to sell, distribute and collect raffle tickets during the lunch. For this role a free place at the lunch will be provided for you.


- Pitchside First Aiders. London Welsh is looking to train up to 20 pitch side first aiders who can help out on matchdays with the teams around London Welsh either on a Saturday or a Sunday.

  6. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

  7. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
