The 1st XV may have been grabbing the headlines with their unbeaten start to the league season but Druids have been no less impressive in the highest level of the Middlesex Merit Table. Five wins out of five, four of those with a bonus point, puts them in second place and just three points behind this Saturday’s hosts. Hammersmith & Fulham have played one extra game though with their one loss at home to Belsize Park 2s two weeks ago. They bounced back last Saturday beating HAC 2s 19-29.

Druids faced a tough test Saturday against 2s. Chiswick held a 7-5 lead at halftime but discipline and determination by our 2nd XV turned that around after the break for a 15-7 win.

It’s a club outing on Saturday with both the Druids and 1st XV at Hurlingham Park. Kick off times are 2pm and 2.30pm respectively.
