Dave Godwyn here. Let me introduce myself. I am your International Ticket Secretary. I just want to make you aware of the new procedure for requesting tickets for Internationals at Twickenham and Cardiff.
There are two application forms, one for Twickenham and one for Cardiff. These can be found on the website under Information, then international tickets. If you have any problems you can email me at email@example.com which is also on the Contacts page of the website. Although an Administration Fee is shown on both forms, if you are successful in the ballot for both venues you will only be charged one Administration Fee.
Firstly, the good news. Your money is not required with your request. You will only be asked to pay once you have been successful in the ballot. You will then be contacted with the result and how much you will need to pay. Payment will be required by Bank Transfer within 7 days of your notification. Failure to do so will negate your allocation and your tickets will be re-allocated to the next in line member.
Secondly, the bad news. Having gained access to the RFU and WRU ticket portals for clubs only this week we have found that the closing dates for club’s applications for tickets for next year’s 6 Nations matches is very early in September. Sorry for the rush but we therefore need your completed application forms back by the dates shown on those forms, namely for Twickenham it’s Saturday 24th August 2019 and for Cardiff it’s Saturday 31st August 2019.
Please note as a reminder the preferential treatment that Gold and Patron club members will receive in the inter national ticket ballot as per our membership packages (that can be found in the membership section of the website).
