LWRFC Careers Hub Success!When Mike Lambert-Griffiths, one of our high-performance front row forwards (who is also Coach of our outstanding Women’s Squad) reached out for our help, we were keen to get involved.
“I had heard really positive feedback from other members of the club that had usedthe Hub’s services, and was already in impromptu conversations with Marcus Wuest about building up my own business, so I felt confident that I would get some goodadvice.I was expecting some small points of help, and being told to -go find the parts yourself and we’ll fine tune it after.Having spoken to Haydn (whilst he was on holiday no less!) he put me in touch with Philip Pearson, who really helped me feel more grounded in my profession and skillset, but also opened my thoughts to other pathways I could go down later in mycareer.
