The AGM of London Welsh Amateur Rugby Football Club Ltd will proceed on Thursday the 5th of August at 19.30 at Old Deer Park in the pagoda Room. All members are invited.
Nominations have been received from existing members to reappoint Danny Griffiths as Chairman of the board and Haydn Parry as Vice Chairman in accordance with the Articles of the Club.
No other nominations have been received for these posts or for a new director. The existing board members have agreed to continue to stand.
No other matters have been brought to my attention.
Your board will outline the present position for the club and the outlook going forward for this season and thereafter.
