Based on the beautiful west Wales coast near Cardigan, In the Welsh Wind are an independent distillery with a passion for creating exceptional Welsh spirits. Founded in 2018, we produce award-winning gin, vodka, rum and Welsh whisky, with a strong focus on small-batch production, local ingredients and innovation.

At the heart of what we do is a desire to celebrate Wales through everything we make. Our pioneering Welsh Origin Whisky uses our own locally grown Welsh barley and is produced entirely in Wales; from growing and malting the grain through to distilling, maturation and bottling. This commitment to provenance, craftsmanship and Welsh identity means we are much more than a drinks producer, we are passionate about telling the story of Wales and sharing it with people both at home and further afield.

Our partnership with London Welsh RFC is a natural fit. We share a strong connection to Welsh culture, community and identity, while both proudly representing Wales beyond its borders. London Welsh RFC provides a home and community for Welsh people in London, bringing together generations through rugby, friendship and a shared sense of heritage. For us, this partnership is about much more than sponsorship. It is a shared celebration of Wales, its people and culture - connecting the spirit of west Wales with the vibrant Welsh community in London and helping to keep that sense of Welsh identity alive wherever people find themselves.
