We have all been deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Colin Bosley.
Colin’s rugby career took off when he joined Cardiff in 1952. After two years of being at the club, his work brought him to London, at which point he joined London Welsh. Some badly timed injuries led him to miss out on international selection, despite playing in Welsh trial matches a number of times.
After Colin’s playing career came to and end, he continued to be an integral part of London Welsh as both a selector and committee member. As many of you will be aware, Colin was made a Life Member for his incredible service.
Everyone at London Welsh RFC would like to send our heartfelt condolences to Colin’s wife Ann, his daughters Joanna and Hilary, son David and all of his family and friends in the rugby community.
Colin’s funeral will take place on Tuesday 19th December at Hendon Crematorium at midday, followed by a reception at Mill Hill Golf Club.
