Argentine rugby comes to odp

Wednesday 16th February sees the return of midweek rugby to Old Deer Park.

London Welsh are excited to announce that we are hosting two squads from the U18’s of Club Champagnat, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The teams are in the UK for 10 days and start their tour with a visit to London Welsh RFC.  The day is set to raise some money for the Tongan Relief Fund and we are expecting quite a few people, including some current Premiership players, to be coming along to watch the matches and support the fundraising.

The rugby starts at 1pm with London Welsh fielding an Invitational side, coached by former DoR Adrian Davies and current club coach Lee Irvine, to play a 2nd XV from the Argentine club.
At 2:30pm, the second match of the day will see a Middlesex U18 side playing the Champagnat 1st XV.
Following the matches, the players and Coaches will be having a presentation in the Pagoda room from 4:30pm.

Please come along and give the boys a memorable experience, with a lively crowd and we help support the fundraising effort for Tonga.

Order of play:
1pm London Welsh Invitational XV vs Club Champagnat 2nd XV

2:30pm Middlesex U18 vs Club Champagnat 1st XV

4:30pm Presentations and Food
