The Executive Committee are appointed to manage the affairs of the club on behalf of the members. The Executive Committee meets regularly and at least once a month on the second Monday of each month. The meeting is open to all members.
If you have an item for discussion it should be notified to the Honorary Club Secretary (email firstname.lastname@example.org) for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting.
The Executive Committee consists of the following officers:
- Vice Chairman
- Honorary Club Secretary
- Chairman of Finance
- Chairman of Men's Rugby
- Chairman of Women's Rugby
- Chairman, Mini & Junior Rugby
- Commercial Chairman
- Chairman of Facilities
- Club Safeguarding officer
- (Non executive directors of the club)
The officers are appointed annually at the club Annual General Meeting.
Junior Committee meetings are held on a regular basis at at the ODP clubhouse. The dates are advised by the Chairman, Mini & Junior Rugby.
If you have an item for discussion it should be notified to the Chairman, Mini & Junior Rugby via your Junior or Mini representative prior to the Junior Committee meeting.
